Tile & Grout Cleaning
Restore the Color Your Grout Used to Be
High-pressure steam cleaning that reaches deep into porous grout lines — the only way to truly clean them.
Why Mopping Isn't Enough
Grout is porous. Every time you mop, dirty water seeps in and dries — leaving behind a layer of grime that builds up over time. Regular mopping actually makes it worse by spreading dirty water across the floor.
Our high-pressure steam system reaches temperatures that kill bacteria and break down years of built-up grease, soap scum, and soil. The result is grout that looks like it did when it was first installed.
Surfaces We Clean
Our Process
Surface Assessment
We identify tile type, grout condition, and any areas with cracking, missing grout, or sealer failure.
Pre-Treatment
Alkaline cleaning solution is applied and allowed to dwell, breaking down grease and soap scum.
High-Pressure Steam Cleaning
Our rotary tool delivers 1,200 PSI of steam directly into grout lines, extracting everything it loosens.
Rinse & Extract
Clean water rinse removes all cleaning solution and loosened soil. The floor is left clean and nearly dry.
Grout Sealing (Optional)
We apply a penetrating sealer that fills the pores in grout, making future cleaning dramatically easier.

Common Questions
How long does the floor take to dry?
Tile floors are typically dry within 30–60 minutes. We extract most of the moisture during the cleaning process.
Should I seal my grout after cleaning?
Yes — we strongly recommend it. Sealing fills the pores in grout and makes it much easier to keep clean. We offer sealing as an add-on.
Can you clean shower tile?
Absolutely. Shower tile and grout is one of the most common requests we get. We can clean and seal shower walls and floors.
Will cleaning damage my tile?
No. We adjust pressure and temperature based on tile type. We've cleaned everything from delicate saltillo to commercial porcelain.
